Order Processing & Dispatch
  • After placing your order, our team will process it within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This process includes order verification, rigorous quality checks on your jewelry, and secure packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
  • Once your order is processed, we will arrange shipment immediately. A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you, enabling you to track your package’s progress until it reaches you.
Delivery Timeline
  • For orders shipped within the continental United States, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or peak shipping periods (e.g., holiday seasons).
  • We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery, but we recommend allowing a small buffer for factors beyond our control.

  • Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia).

Orders placed with shipping addresses in these restricted areas will be automatically canceled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
